Untersuchung der Rolle HGF/c-Met abhängiger Signalwege bei der Entstehung einer nicht-alkoholischen Leberverfettung
Innerhalb des hier vorgestellten Antrags sollen Mechanismen der NASH-Fibrose-Entwicklung in einem Mausmodell und dem humanen System untersucht werden. Dabei wird die zell-spezifische Rolle des HGF/c-Met Signaltransduktionssystems und seine Interaktion mit der anti-oxidativen Stressantwort untersucht. Die im Maus- und humanen System gewonnen Daten sollen genutzt werden um schließlich neue Gene, die an der Pathogenese der NASH beteiligt sind, zu identifizieren. [...]
